JPappadouplos MAN3033-20211-1V-A-001 Interesting podcast, while I was initially thinking it was stress I found myself really focusing on Type A or B personalities. Ending up going down a rabbit hole researching what happens if I have characteristics of both. So thank you for making me think and it not being stressful but educating!

I enjoyed this podcast immensely. I listened as I took a walk and really realized the differences in stress and how they affect us in the workplace. Sometimes its not so bad to be a little stressed so that we can focus and get the job done. Other times we need to take a step back and relax. Personally I see my supervisor gets too stressed an let's work control her mood and her attitude toward people. She needs to listen to this podcast herself and learn to relax a little.

I enjoyed this podcast it helped me determine that although I always thought what I thought was a type A personality I was actually a combination of both.

Another great podcast. I truly like the discussion on how stress is good for you and if it’s bad for you. This podcast really explains how stress can be bad but can change in to good stress that motivates you to work your best. All you have to do is understand what is stressing you out and work with what you got to your best ability and sometimes have a balance in your life so you don’t go over stressed then turning into bad stress that hinders your ability to work your best.

I really liked the way you presented positive viewpoints that can be present during a negatively stressful situation. Trying to stay positive in the face of stress, especially in the workplace, is probably the best way to tackle stress so that you can keep a positive environment in your workplace. It’s a simple answer way to view things but it can be something a lot of people forget.

I enjoyed all of the podcast it this one I think it’s particularly for me. I think I am a type A when I have something to do I like to just start it and done with it. If I have a project to do I always think is better to start it early if something need to be change I can have time to make changes. And you completely right about good stress and bad stress sometimes I experience good stress feeling specially on the weekend always wanted to get my tasks done quick to go home early.

In general, stress is going to be a part of your everyday life. Stress can a motivator for some people but too much can cause health problems. Overall, I enjoyed this podcast and learned a lot.

I enjoyed the analogy you made about physical stress increasing with lifting heavier weight. I am doing a type of training called nuclei overload training which is basically A LOT of reps every day for a set period of time. So, stress can come from heavier weight, but it can also come from more and more reps. When I get done with my 100th pull-up for the day, it feels like I am trying to do a pull-up with a 50 pound dumbbell between my legs. This applies to mental stress too! -Mathew Spinosa

I believe stress is unavoidable honestly. Stress is one of those things in life that depend highly on how we percieve it. With the right mindset, anyone can turn negative stress into positive stress. It's all about our lenses!

Stress is unavoidable, but I like how you differentiated the good and bad. I'm a little of both types depending on tasks. I get excited to do some things, but feel irritated at other tasks!
