Having a Type-A personality, I probably cause Type-B, and A-B individuals more stress than what I feel myself. I have trained myself respond to stress positively and not counterproductively. The podcast is a good reminder to maybe guide B’s in terms of stress management (and AB’s) or at least be more understanding to how they might perceive stress and consciously mitigate the effect I might have on them.

Stress is like my middle name. Lol. Type A thought makes me feel somewhat good about myself because I am determined to get my assignments or projects done. Good stress is something we all should cultivate since we want to make the necessary deadlines.

This is a great podcast because a lot of people get stressed in a workplace. It was nice to hear ways on how to deal with stressful situations more effectively. I have learned that I am definitely a Type A person in the workplace. I like to get things done promptly and successfully. The podcast made me step back and think about the stress that I have on a daily basis. Then, be able to analyze my situations to be able keep my level of stress in check.

This is a great podcast that anyone would get something from. Stress in the workplace during these times is a given. I also liked the comments about type A and type B personalities. I am def an A and I have always worked for type A supervisors. Although this type of supervisor can add stress they can also teach you to be driven and have goals.

After hearing this podcast, I know I am a type B person. Thankfully my boss is a type B too, but she knows me well enough that I can get the work done. Even though I am ready for a change at my job, I try not to stress too much over it as I know I need to be grateful I have a good paying job. That is what helps me get through the day.

This podcast is great because who isn’t stressed? There are differences between good stress and bad stress. But, does the good surpass the bad? I absolutely agree with turning something that is stressful into something positive. It’s all in the way how you manage. Sometimes things stress me with my job since I do work and healthcare and we are frontline for this pandemic. But, it’s all in how you handle it. I really enjoyed this particular podcast.

This is a must hear for everyone, whether you think you are stressed or not. Type A people are great for individual projects but are effective on team projects also for the same reasons. It is all about how people deal with stress in general. Many managers need to hear this podcast.

This was a great way of explaining workplace stress! Our personalities can determine how we handle stress differently. After listening I learned that changing my outlook can motivate me and increase my energy instead of becoming less motivated and not as happy at work. This can also be helpful when you have a coworker who is clearly stressed.
