I just found out by listening to this podcast that I’m a type “B” person. Stress is good sometimes but I do get overwhelmed when things need to get submitted super early or in a short period of time. On the other hand, people in my family are different. My dad is a type “A” person and likes to work on his own while being fast paced.

This podcast was very helpful! Instead of just taking on a difficult and challenging task and then dealing with the impact of negative stress. It’s important for individuals to find positive solutions and results to change our perspective of the situation which will result in our drive to accomplish the task. Something that I need to remember.
