If there is one thing I am good at it is stressing! I am a prime example of a type A employee. What helped me the most in this episode about workplace stress was how it taught me how to turn the negative stress in the workplace into positive stress that can motivate employees by identifying the stressor, coming up with possible solutions to relieve the stress, and lastly by being a global thinker. I can control the stress in my workplace if I take the initiative.

Stress in the workplace is a relevant topic for most of us and this podcast explained it perfectly had some great ideas to help with it. Allowing stress to rule our lives can affect our health both mentally and physically. If we spent as much time thinking of the positive aspects of our stressors as we do about the negative, then we would be much more productive and much happier individuals.

I have always heard of personality types A and B and never knew what they meant. Now that I understand the personality types, I definitely want to strive to be like type B, which maintains calm, takes care of its responsibilities, but also sets aside a respected time for family and non-work activities. The podcast was very organized and touched relevant, necessary topics related to stress.

Wow! I always that stress was more of a negative view. After listening to the this episode I understood that there is also positive stress. At my previous job I had a negative stress that caused me to get tired mentally that I would go home and take a nap. With my new job, I have a good stress because I feel like I can accomplish my duties by completing it on time and go home more relaxed then before. Thank you for giving me a better understanding of both types Dr. Ricardo.
