The outcome of what my mind processed from this podcast is what is stress and how to deal with it in the workplace. I would need to think positively, balance out work, and come up with solutions that could possibly reduce the stress that I am feeling psychology. I feel like I am a combination of a type-A personality and type B personality, but I am more of a type-A personality because I am lacking balance.

Type A and B personalities react to stress differently. Type A tends to be driven and highly motivated yet can be impatient and controlling. Type B personalities are calmer and discuss solutions. I am a Type A who wishes I could slow down. This is a simple breakdown at trying to understand employees.

Stress as emotional feeling when we push our bodies and minds to their limits pushing ourselves to what it is normally a custom too can cause stress. There are a type a or B personality said differentiate our stress levels and how we handle it. We have to identify this dresser or what causes our bodies to become that way. We have to manage a way to find a positive outcome and find a way to turn bad stress into good stres

From this podcast I learned a lot about myself. I would say I have a type B personality with a mix of type A. I can procrastinate at times yet I like to do the work myself at times as I do not trust others to do it the way I would do it or the right way in which it should be done. It's clear that we all face stress in the workplace, but it's all about how we manage it and what we choose to stress over. -Rebecca Torres MAN3303

Barbara Creasy extra credit-I have a type A personality. I agree it makes me very efficient and productive. I am aware that I have a tendency to expect a lot of myself daily. Because I manage a team I have to remind myself that I must tame my behavior when working with others. This is not always easy because if my team members don’t finish a task on time, as the manager I am responsible to get it done and therefore becomes more work for me. I am learning how to motivate others.

I like the concept of good stress and bad stress. I tend to do well with good stress. I accept the challenge. I put out fires all day long as a supervisor. It can get a bit hectic but if you have the ability to quickly process information then you will do well. Combine this with good planning also.Bad stress is simply unhealthy and at my age I have to try and stay ahead by being prepared of anticipating all senarios. It is key to identify the stressor and having alternative solutions. Ep 3

(Garrett Klemm MAN3240 Extra-credit) Bad stress can be devastating towards performance levels. Good stress builds a stronger personality once the goal is accomplished. I always try to focus on the positive aspects of challenges, rather than the negatives. I have a B type personality, and I need to learn to not procrastinate as much as I do. Great podcast thank you for the helpful information.
