The podcast is a great 8 minute listen at these new changing times. Ok, it workes all the time. It gives a deeper few on how to achieve positive stress, which will help you complete tasks better and without bad stress. It even gives guidelines on how to change.

Growing up I have always lived with stress. I had no idea that you could take bad stress and turn it into good stress by following a couple of simple steps. This episode also taught me that I have a mixture of type a and type b personally.

Stress is a natural part of our every day lives. Healthy Businesses must promote support to colleagues and with work superiors. Control the workload, promote recognition. Healthy leadership must be able to listen actively, manage emotions, and learn to provide support to other co-workers. Companies must teach workers through workshop programs or courses how to manage their stress.

I like this podcast because it helped me identify whether I am a type A or B or in between. Knowing helps identify how to cope with stress and what triggers it too. Stress when not addresses can be very harmful

MAN3240 - Stress is undoubtedly a big deal in the workplace, especially for me. I found this podcast episode to “speak to me” in my current job. I enjoy a fast pace, consistent work flow but often times find myself overwhelmed with the feeling of too much to do and struggling with finding where to start and fitting it all into my day. I began scheduling out critical tasks on my calendar and then leave open “flex-time” to complete the smaller, less important tasks - I found this to work well.
