After listening to this podcast, I’ve determined that I possess almost an equal amount of traits of a type A personality as well as type B. Knowing this, I feel I can better regulate my stress levels by identifying the origin of those stresses. Being able to identify the origins will help me, not necessarily avoid stress, but be able to better process things and find solutions to break down the work and work around the things that are more stressful in my school and office space.

Stress in the work place is major. I've actually resigned my position because there was absolutely too much stress. My work load continued to grow and assistance and/or appreciation was nonexistent. While I agree that sone workplace stress can act as a motivator as managers and coworkers we need to be aware when our fellow teammates are at a breaking point.

Personally I experience air of stress in the work place, apt of times due to turning stress into bad stress. I have a big work load and often feel unappreciated and overworked. Yet after listening to this podcast, I want to take a different aspect. I won’t be at the job forever and I’m learning many administrative task that I may use in the future.

Jalecia Chambers MAN4442 Hearing that the way we interpret a situation is what causes us stress really hits home. Often we say something or someone is stressing us out, not realizing it is ourselves. I personally need to learn how to use my stress as a motivator in my life. Great podcast

Stress is certainly something that all of us have to learn to manage as well as learning to not stress others with our actions. I believe to be an in between the type A and B personalities because it depends on the situations and importance of it if I will be trying to accomplish the goal rather fast or if I will simply take my time

I can totally relate to this. At work, I find a i encounter both good and bad stress. This podcast helped me to be able to see the difference and focus on the good stress and stop letting the bad stress ruin my days.

I am no stranger to stress, stress is a normal human reaction that employers should understand encourage help and support among employees and supervisors as well as encourage conciliation, workload, etc.

Stress is no stranger to me, I have to constantly monitor my stress on a daily basis. I was unaware that bad stress can be translated into good stress, I need to learn how to do so as I am constantly stressing over things at work and with school.
