This was a very informative podcast. I feel that I have learned a lot to take back into my workplace. To be a good leader, it is going to require the ability to serve. No one wants a leader who isn't willing to get their hands dirty as well. A good leader isn't just a boss, it is someone who is working for the betterment of his or her employees.

Very positive and encouraging podcast! America was built on this foundation. Servant first, this plays into customer service especially. A servant leader focuses on the growth of people and community, this also builds trust! Servant leaders put the needs of others first.

Servant leadership is a Biblical concept. What a great podcast, though! Those paradoxical commandments were amazing. Great listen.

The paradoxical commandments are spot on!! I love it! We should not worry about what others think and do what we feel is right.

Servants are a great asset to the word and we need more in this time of the world! Doing good no matter what people say or think is such an underrated and unpopular thing and the world should be ashamed of that! Everyone needs to hear this podcast. No if’s, and’s, or but’s about it.

Great podcast and it's so great to hear about servant leadership. Working in public service myself oh, I've come to realize how important it is to actually get that service to others is how we enrich our lives and how we actually receive. Servant first, and then leadership follows. It's all about giving and as we give we realize that we eventually received. I think this is the motto for life where you actually realized that it's all about being of service to others.

The world needs to here this podcast! Servant first is what our leaders of our country and business need to remember. If this concept would trickle down from the top, life will get better for everyone. So, leaders can use this knowledge to help their employees become better people, not just better employees. I have been a servant first from the time I was little. I am glad to know this helped create a better person. Thank you for setting this issue straight for me.

I currently see myself as a servant but like to eventually evolve into a servant leader. I will be more aware of my actions and make sure that my decisions are not selfish ones. When I become a business owner/entrepreneur, I will try to incorporate the upside-down power leadership model to help and uplift my employees.

I really like the quote you added. It shows that we should continue to do well and be consistent despite the negative factors fighting against us. I really appreciate the message. (K17001876)

Serve first!! I love this podcast!. The new walmart academy for leader has taught this to a lot of us leaders. Although not everyone applies the concept in their daily routine, but I think it is a great leadership skill to have. The skill help leaders' main focus to thrive through serving others.
