I have thought about this topic a lot these few years I have been working. If you lead a servant leadership of employees, performance will always unlock new potentials. I love the point you discussed about people love the underdogs, but always follow the top dogs. Servant leadership is a very great way to lead people around you and in the future I will try my best to be this type of leader.

This episode was very encouraging. I never consciously thought about servant leadership. The Paradoxical Commandments stated, “ If you do good people will accuse you of selfish motives, do good anyways”, this commandment really stood out to me because I have had some experience with it. I really enjoyed and appreciated this podcast because it has encouraged me to continue doing what I know is best/right despite trials and people negative options. I have realized that I am a servant leader.

This was an interesting listen! I never thought about servant leadership before hearing this. I believe being a servant leader is important. I loved the point about loving people anyway although they can be selfish and arrogant. We spend a lot of time building walls to make sure we don’t get hurt, but this helps us come to a realization that we are all humans and to give our best no matter what. Which is important in our work lives and at home!

This certainly something I've learned over the years. As it pertains to an organization serving those that work for you can result the organization receiving the best performance from the employees. People want to do more for those that do for them. This type of leadership is best in my opinion. It just be that I respond better with this type of leader so I'm becoming this type of leader. In the end we all win.

I have always found the servent first perspective has been a wonderful way to lead. in the instance of an organization, the leader should care about the employees first, then the organization, because without the people, the company will fall.
