MAN3303- What stuck with me the most in this podcast is the reminder to “do good anyway”. No matter how others treat you or the actions others take you should always be the best version of yourself. Servant leadership is a completely different take of leadership in the sense that the leaders are at the bottom and employees are at the top. These leaders however have a serve first mindset to help empower and uplift employees which ultimately lead to excellent performance.

Another amazing podcast Dr. Ricardo! Servant leadership is a great concept to understand about and I personally feel that I can relate to this. I have gone from being a person that focused on myself above anyone else, but when I started to help others around me I started to feel that I was not only growing as a person but also helping others around me grow. Having a servant leadership allows you to treat others with care and as humans while also helping you become more human as well.

Servant leadership is about benefits others, putting their needs ahead of your own. This podcast episode is an open encouraging reminder to those leaders who serve. I think this type of leadership comes natural to certain people and others like me have to work harder at it. However, it is a very rewarding type of leadership and benefits the community greatly.

MAN 3240 - “If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish, alternative motives...do good anyway.” Good leadership is critical to a well functioning organization and although there are many ways to go about it, I found servant leadership to be one of my favorites. Always take care of employees and they will take care of your company.

I think the concept of Servant Leadership is important. The main goal of this form of Leadership is to serve first, it's a way to serve people. When Managers display this type of Leadership it makes employees feel appreciated and valued and therefore employees produce higher quality work and form a better work environment.
