This was a great podcast and I found it incredibly relatable as I have been working from home for two years now. It is very important for managers to meet with employees when working from home because it helps to give employees goals and motivation. The most essential thing is to remain positive as this will go a long way in ensuring that employees do not start to feel unmotivated.

MAN3303-This podcast about working from home has given me great ways to motivate myself not only working for home but also taking classes from home. It is important to know how to change what you are used to and adapt to changes especially through a pandemic. I have a few friends that had to change to working remotely at home and she disliked it. Her managers were not very accommodating the motivating what she would ask for help. It was frustrating to see her struggle to change so everything done on paper to be switched to all online. Having patience and remembering to stay motivated and positive will help everyone in the long run.
