The contents of this episode reminded me greatly of the concept of a paradigm shift from thr book the 7 habits of highly successful people. It seems to me that to exercise daily happineds we need small daily paradigm shifts to mantain a positive outlook in all reals of life :)!

Great podcast it showed me the importance of happiness in all situations in life, business, and all relationships. External situations can seem to take over but it is important to try to look and see things differently. Change the focus. And remember that context is decisive.

This podcast is applicable to everyone. Understanding that happiness is a perspective that you may have to practice. Never did I think making myself happier by simply changing my outlook was even possible. We have the capability of choosing a perspective and therefore choosing to be happy. Living a “purposeful life” is a key element. Another incredible podcast!

Happiness is a key point in everyone’s life that is necessary to thrive in the world. I have many personal issues that affect my daily life that gives me many issues to let my anxiety and depression get the best of me. I’ve let me anxiety and stress affect those around me by snapping at a coworker. Which I then immediately apologize for since it is not their issue to deal with my issues. This podcast helps remind me that my happiness and attitude need to be my full focus.

Happiness is very important in life in general. I have noticed that when I am stressed or unhappy, I may not fully focused on what is going at home. I may treat those around me with an attitude when it has nothing to do with them. This podcast reminds me to thing about my attitude and my happiness and focus on both more often.

Happiness is so important to everyone’s well being. But sadly it’s so easy to slip out of being happy because of the things surrounding us. But the fact is that if you are happy you will be more positive and have positive ideas which make for better outcomes. Also if you are happy and show this people will be attractive to you because they want to happy like you. By being happy you will have more of everyone’s attention and make you seem like a better leader because you will be able to not make

This was a great episode! It’s very important to remember how easy it is to be happy if we just actively try to remind ourselves to be that way. I agree that this way of thinking leads to future outcomes having a happier result since happiness is just a state of mind.

Very informative, I always tell my kids life is too short to be unhappy. Specially at work I do my best even though I am not feeling well but I always have a smile on my face and be positive. I think God for this temperament he gave, I don’t let any problem or nobody to take my joy away.
