This was a great episode! It’s very important to remember how easy it is to be happy if we just actively try to remind ourselves to be that way. I agree that this way of thinking leads to future outcomes having a happier result since happiness is just a state of mind.

Very informative, I always tell my kids life is too short to be unhappy. Specially at work I do my best even though I am not feeling well but I always have a smile on my face and be positive. I think God for this temperament he gave, I don’t let any problem or nobody to take my joy away.

Great podcast, I really enjoy it! Maybe because it’s talking about happiness which is everyone’s desire. The mind is so powerful. Training it is the hard part. Everyone with a job should give this episode a listen.

This was very motivating. You spoke in class about dreading work on Mondays and I was amazed. I look forward to my future where I am able to look forward to work instead of dreading it. I will set myself a goal to be happier instead of allowing things to drag me down.

Came to think of the process used in cognitive behavior therapy. The onslaught of thoughts is called “automatic thoughts”; they can be negative, neutral, or positive. These thoughts are usually outside the realm of conscious awareness. Cognitive Behavior therapy uses a process of identifying the automatic thoughts (to reframe them positively) that significantly impact our life. The frame-of-mind’s negative thoughts are responses to triggers. It causes us to act, feel, and behave accordingly.

Even though we are going through daily hardships that may effect our daily thoughts. I absolutely agree with this podcast. Happiness and positivity helps with your thoughts and your day at work or at home. We are living a purposeful life with our family, friends, co workers, etc. We may have a pandemic but we need to subject our selves to a content environment and do what makes us happy to get through the day. Happy people tend to be more open which is a great characteristic.

Love this podcast. Sometimes it is so difficult to feel happy when everything around seems to be negative. I try in daily basis to think about the things I have to make me happy and grateful like having a health family, stable job, a peaceful house and caring friends. And today a puppy. Let’s be happy!

This is one of my favorite podcasts I’ve listened to! Some of the things the video spoke about are things I try to do everyday, like condition my mind to think more positively, and add more things to my day that make me happy. Happiness and positivity have a direct effect on your life and how you handle and react to situations. This is something everyone should listen to and try to do everyday!
