This is such a great podcast. Sometimes it’s so easy to let one bad event drag you down in the workplace but it is important to remember that we can choose to be happy and change the outcome of the rest of our day. A way to make the workplace more happy is to lessen stress of your employees and communicate with them.

Great podcast! Happiness is the key to the kingdom when we are happy and appreciated we do things with joy and our results are higher due to the positive attitude which we have while completing the tasks. It is important to check with employees to make sure that they feel appreciated and happy!

Stress is one of life's inevitablilities. How we deal with it has a direct correlation to our happiness. I found this podcast very enlightening and I really enjoyed the anecdotes given from the Dalai Lama.

Dr. Ricardo, this is a great episode. I have always told myself that being happy can bring a positive result in your life. One of my favorite quotes from Dalia Lama is,”Happiness is the highest form of health” and I believe it because if your unhappy at all times, it can cause metal and physical health issues. A way for me not to stress is go for a walk and listen to music. I feel much better afterwards.

In this episode I learned different ways to become a happier person in and out of the workplace. Sometimes it isn’t about the circumstances in our life, it’s about the way in which we view them. If we just change our lens on the situation, it doesn’t necessarily change the magnitude of an issue, it just changes our feelings and perspective.

Why should we be happy? How do we find it? This was a great podcast especially dealing with everything that we are dealing with right now. The idea that we can change our perception on how we look at things is absolutely instrumental. Obviously using sympathy and empathy in your own personal life can make you a happier person. Also taking the time to sharpen the saw. Going through the day you forget to take care of yourself. I will take these tips to my everyday life.

I absolutely loved this podcast because it explains why happiness is so important in everyday life. If you go through your life and are absolutely miserable then what is the point? This is the only life you have so you might as well put your best foot forward, and do your best to make everyday count. This is something that people need to realize especially now because there are so many things going on right now that show us the ugliness in the world.
