Ricardo Bejarano 3240. One thing that all individuals can find to be a great feeling is achieving excellence. Whether finishing a research paper or playing sports, everyone wants to achieve excellence. Excellence is no achieved overnight and requires an individual to overcome obstacles and that is what truly defines a person.

MAN3303- Excellence is something I believe we all strive to achieve. Excellence is not a final destination achievement, but striving for excellence is a way of life that inspires and motivates individuals to do their very best when accomplishing tasks. However, excellence is not achieved overnight. Tom Peters outlined 18 E’s that can help individuals achieve excellence by in their day to day life. By trying my best to live by these 18 E’s achieving excellence should be second nature in no time!

Excellence is something that I feel that we all strive towards. The thing that makes excellence what it is, is that it is not an end goal that you reach and then you’re done. Excellence is a way by which we guide ourselves in all aspects of life throughout the entirety of our life. Great podcast Dr. Ricardo!

It takes work to be excellent. The 18 E’s of excellence reflect that but if you at work it you can exceed at excellence and be rewarded for it. All of these podcasts are so encouraging and informative. I hope to achieve

I have never heard of “The Excellence Dividend”, but now that you brought my attention to it I will be reading it. I am always looking for new educationally books to add to my library. Especially good reads like this that I can take and implement into my daily life and job

I just added “The Excellence Dividend” to my Amazon cart - it sounds like an interesting read. This episode was very informative and opened my eyes to strategic planning and continued excellence and how important that is to set yourself apart from others.

Excellence is many things. A level of excellence is set by the organization around us. This statement stood out to me “Excellence is listening.” So many people do not listen during conversation rather than listen to have an answer. Recalling listening can create excellence as the person speaking may have something really worth listening too.

Excellence is something that one can seek out in any career or job. Sometimes not doing something is in alignment with excellence, rather than doing something. This is determined based on what will benefit the ultimate goal, and support loving others.
