Miceli - MAN4442. Having a clear, exciting vision is imperative to keeping high energy. The energy that’s given off is perceived by the people you are around. Having a clear understanding of the identity is so important to be aware. Believe & trust is important in making progress and building relationships. I respect that people in high authority should lead by example. Getting to know people for who they are and not just employees makes for great potential relations.

Jürgen Klopp sounds like an amazing leader. I appreciate the wise tips that were given in this podcast in becoming an effective leader. I believe leading by example is the best tip to follow. Employees are going to follow what they see their leaders doing. If a leader is positive and hardworking, the workers are going to resemble that.

I’m always down for getting great ideas in being a leader. It’s very important to lead by example because after all you learn to be one from learning and also by your examples your surroundings with. Energy being part of the most important of the nine characteristics is so true. Energy is everything. People feed off of that. Whether you happy, sad, depressed, or does effect in some way especially if you love that person.

He took the perennially loosing team Liverpool to winning league title. To change a whole culture embedded with losses and pessimism into a culture of passion, drive, fun, and winning takes exceptional skills just as those Dr. Ricardo outlines in the podcast.

This podcast has some great tips in being a great leader. I think it is important to lead by example. I really love the part about simplicity. It is easy to get caught up in things that is not focused towards the goal. Great podcast!

This pocast was very informative. Having a sense of identity is important. Sometimes you have control over how other people see you. First you have to know who you are so that you can show yourself to others. I will make an effort to really find my identity at work and stand up for it. Sometimes I just like to be in the background and do as told, but in order to progress I am going to have to stand out and show my supervisors what is special about me.

love this podcast because I look up to this man also, Mr. klopp is a very inspirational person, my step son plays soccer in Germany and is German and he looks up to him. I had the the opportunity to learn more about him had the opportunity to meet some people that knows him, when I was in Germany a few months ago very nice guy with such a good heart. I love this podcast

Great podcast! Being confident is a great characteristic to possess especially as a leader. You need to passionate and have motivation when leading others. As long as you’re confident others will believe in you and follow your lead. Klopp is a great role model and leader.
