Having a great leader can make a huge difference whether it is for a sports team or a corporation. A leader that makes the effort to build trust and that have clear goals will garner the trust of their teams and will bring about great results. Klopp is an amazing leader and I love Liverpool!

Building trust is critical. My employees trust me and I strive to lead by example. I listen to their concerns and fight for them at every chance I get. Klopp sounds like an amazing leader and I love his tactics of building up his team. This podcast is a good listen and reminder of what it takes to be a great and memorable leader.

MAN3240 - This episode was a good example of highlighting a great leader. My takeaway was “create a clear vision and identity, know it and stick with it.” I think it’s important to remain consistent and on track with your goals. The reality is, all of these traits are what make Mr. Klopp successful. Great post!

This was a great introduction to someone that I did not know before today. I agree with everything that makes Klopp a great leader. The one that stood out to me was the characteristic of lead by example. This is so important as a manager to show your staff that you lead by example and are willing to do anything you ask of them as an employee. Your staff will respect you and the procedures more when you are willing to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work yourself.

That is very effective to come to grips with one’s true innate skills and accept them. Klopp’s advice to tell everyone about one’s goals based on one’s innate skill set is effective for paving the road of success. If one is not constantly in the mindset to move in the desired direction, distraction could completely take the individual away from the desired goal.

MAN3303 - I have never heard of Jugen Klopp before this podcast but wow these points discussed in this podcast really hit home and are amazing points in becoming the best leader. The one that stuck out to me is having your employees as excited to come to work as you are. You want to be happy where you are spending a lot of your time throughout the day. You should want your employees to be happy to and when they are they tend to have better job performance.

It is important to know where you are good and efficient at. But not knowing, you may waste your time. When we figure out what we are good at or what we want to do, we have to embrace it and be happy about achieving it. Looking at things positively will represent how passionate you are about your own vision. This can carry-on and to our personal lives and into our professional lives in our careers.
