Jurgen Klopp was a great leader by his confidence, self assurance, and having a clear path. It is important to be excited for you path and keeping positivity in the work place. Passion, drive, fun and winning were traits Klopp used to keep his teammates positive and gain their trust.

Confidence is infectious. But even confidence has to be done in moderation as it could be considered arrogance. You want your leader to be confident because it gives you the sense that you are capable and able to get the task at hand completed.

The characteristics of Klopp are all those of which leaders should have. A great leader definitely needs confidence. It shows that your a strong leader who know what your doing and where you want to go. Trust is also another critical characteristics because it build relationships. It also helps build teamwork because others on your team will trust in the leaders to coach/lead. Being humble is also a great characteristics because it doesn’t make followers/employees/ team members feel less.

I was watching Klopp do amazing things with Dortmund over in Germany and was skeptical if he could have the same success with Liverpool in England. But, it really shows that he is such a good leader to be able to transition to an entirely different league. Soccer fans know how different the leagues are played across Europe.

I found this helpful as it highlights solely on the traits of a leader and how those traits will improve everything around them, whether it’s the employees or organization as a whole. All of these traits are a necessity to have, but I feel that energy, identity, and confidence are the most important traits to have to cement yourself as a good source of inspiration

As someone that's followed soccer for a while in my life I can assure anyone who hasn't that any successful soccer club has an incredible manager/leader in the back pulling the strings. At a professional international level success in soccer requires incredible amounts of planning( training) as we as strategic thinking in order to develop an advantage over the opposite team

Great leaders will continuously work to give their followers confidence. There is a big difference between leaders and bosses. Leaders will work to make their followers better. By doing this, a leader will also earn their followers trust, which is needed in order for both sides to succeed. Confidence and trust are two of the most important things a person can have and portray to improve themselves.

This first is confidence, which is the certainty of achievement. If I am more confident then employees will be more trusting in my abilities.
