Jalecia Chambers MAN4442 Knowing the difference between confidence and arrogance is really important. Lots of people get the two mixed up. Confidence to me is trusting what you do or have done, knowing you have done a great job. Arrogance to me is giving off the impression that you are above others because you have done a good job.

I like how Klopp talks about having a vision. Without an end goal there will be no team or organization. Also, I like how he talks about role modeling. Leaders are the role models that shape the company and form the atmosphere.

Most companies should give employees the time to produce a clear vision. Having a clear vision allows an individual create a clear path of what they need to be completed. This path helps employees complete goals and it makes it easier to see what task that employee is doing.

People follow people who are confident. I believe confident comes with time and learning new things. Clear vision is important for management, they need this to communicate efficiently with there employees.
