I think habit 4 is my favorite one. This habit is all about perspective and how we perceive what occurs in our lives and our jobs. I know changing the way I see how things go has helped me enormously on being a more positive person. I have also been able to keep focus.

(Garrett Klemm MAN3240) Emotional deposits are important for building healthy relationships. Good negotiations result in both parties gaining something. Win/win situations are the best. I agree listening is just as important and giving orders. Synergy is important for working as a functional group. These terms are very helpful.

I am constantly working on my emotional bank account. I know from experience that complimenting others is a way to make not only others feel good but to also make myself feel better. I also generally take the time to listen and empathize before I come to an opinion of my own. Working together is essential for success, because if you are not working together you are just fighting each other along the way. Using less energy to accomplish the goal will only end in more success.
