I really enjoyed this podcast as it focused a lot on self-reflection. I think in order to be an effective person self-reflection is a big step in the right direction. I have been told I’m generally a negative person and I feel this is something I need to work on

I like comparing a deposit to positivity and a withdrawal to negative energy. I try to be a positive person in my life and others. We should listen more. To be an active listener we should turn off the distraction. I agree with turning off or putting away our phones when talking to people.

This podcast was informational. It states the importance of listening and it’s benefits. I could apply these habits in my personal and professional life. This book seems so interesting I have to read it because it’s like a sense of self improvement in life.

The fifth habit stood out to me the most because if you do start listening more than you speak you will eventually have a stronger connection with the person you are talking to. Taking time to let the other person speak can also shift your opinion and put yourself in their shoes to see how they feel. Overall, great podcast!

Two of these concepts stood out to me most. The win win situation was great because it highlights a win for all parties and everybody is happy. The second one was the sharpen the saw habit. This is great because often we need to take a step back to evaluate our lives and determine the best decisions for our future.
