This podcast has a lot of value in information. My favorite habit is seek first to understand, then to be understood. I need the reminder to put myself in others shoes at times and to focus more on listening and understanding.

The one thing that I learned after reading the 7 habits of highly effective people is that all the habits build on one another. For you to grow you need to work on building all the habits equally. Having the 7 habits will help you throughout life and make you more effective.
