In the beginning of the podcast Dr.Ricardo gave an excellent example of the paradigm shift. It actually made me laugh a little because that’s exactly what I would think of the young guy.I learned from this podcast that I could use these habits in my daily life. I look forward to reading this book. Though I apply some habits already, I look forward to becoming a more effective individual putting time in important things rather than staring in my phone.

In one of my last classes, we read seven habits of highly effective people and it changed my outlook. I have already applied these habits to my daily life and life has been amazing. When applied properly, we have all the power. Obviously there is some exceptions but, We can control how we react and respond. That can end up making all the difference in the world

7 Habits of highly effective people is a great breakdown of healthy habits. The shifting of paradigm is something I want to work more on. I look forward to reading this book. Putting energy in areas where you have control sounds like such a simple concept yet tends to be complicated sometimes.
