This episode seems to be very helpful in life as a whole. These are things we should all wake up and think about every morning. Very motivational. 7 habits of highly effective people is something I wish I would think about when doing everything in life.

Where we concentrate our energy can be extremely impacting on how things go on our lives, if we concentrate on the bad then it's very likely bad things will happen, on the other hand, if we keep our heads up and look at better days, then good things are more likely to occur. Our actions can be determined by where we put our energy so this can be rather powerful.

I really enjoyed this podcast! One thing I really liked and took away from this was the concept of focusing on putting energy into things you can control over things you cannot. I look forward to the part 2.

I read the 7 habits of highly effective people and it was a great book. This book gave me the opportunity to build on new techniques to introduce into my life. The real-world examples that the book provided also helped me introduce the 7 habits into my life.

I remember my Spring 2020 class GEB3035 with Dr. Semprevivo assigning this book as well as his autobiography as a project essay. Covey’s book is a great learning life tool.

I remember reading this book in another one of my classes and deciding how powerful the messages are to being an effective person. I think that after reading the book and listening to the podcast I am more motivated to adjust my attitudes and behaviors in order to become more effective.

I really enjoyed this podcast. My old boss handed out a list of the 7 habits in a staff meeting on time and I thought it was really helpful. I want to read the whole book as I think everyone could use these habits in everyday life.
