Voting is very important. Voting is a privilege that people do take for granted. I most definitely agree with you on this podcast. It’s important that you make sure you vote because at the end of the day it will impact us.

*opting out OF voting

Great reminder about voting which brought me to think about “The Tragedy of the Commons” which follows the same principles of multiple parties acting on individual interest creating a sum contrary to the common good (such as opting out or voting where the United States is the shared resource system) When individuals behave contrary to the common good, it affects all belonging to the same shared resource system negatively by either spoiling or depleting thorough their collective action.

I agree so much with Dr. Ricardo on this. Voting is a privilege that so many people take for granted. They think that their opinion doesn't matter because they are one person. It takes each and every one of us to make a difference. No one is insignificant and it could be that one vote that changes all of iur lives. We need to all get out and vote. How else will you have your voice heard?

This was such good timing to listen to this podcast as elections are coming up quickly. It is important to know about the ideas that are shaping our society, they impact all of us! I love that this podcast wasn’t biased towards who to vote for, just educated people on the importance of voting! We should all vote as it is our constitutional right!

Vote Vote Vote! I love how this message was delivered in a bi-partisan fashion. You touched on topics that are important to people on both sides of the aisle. No matter where you stand and what passions you have, vote. That is our constitutional right.

The ballot is stronger than the bullet!!! So many local candidates need the communities support. Familiarize yourself with the different laws you are voting on!!! Great timing for this podcast!!!

So glad I listened to this podcast during this time as we are approaching election time. For those of you who feel that one vote or your vote won’t make a difference must listen the analogy of the blossom tree and voting is a superb way to look at it!! -Yesenia Reyes

This podcast is a great part of this assignment since we are at an important time of electing the president for the 2020-2024 term. Voting is a patriotic thing because you learn about the candidates, talk politics and what’s best for the country and then making a decision based on your beliefs after becoming educated on the matter at hand. I like your “The system only works if we all participate.” That is so true. I wasn’t able to vote in 2016 so I’m excited to vote in this election year!
