This was great. I really liked his concept on the 3 t's. Tolerance is very important, and working with others who tolerate change allow for better creativity.

Innovation and creativity are strong and important parts of successful people, countries and businesses. This is why higher management get paid the most, they need to be innovative and creative in order to help the business strive. This is an important takeaway.

This was a great and interesting listen! I liked learning that creativity is the ultimate economic resource. I agree that creativity is important in our lives. This video shows some ways creativity is important that I’ve never thought of before.
