MAN3303- I found the topic about how diversity in the workplace becoming a matter of economic survival for most companies very interesting. It gave me a different view of diversity in the workplace and how it can bring different opinions, views, and ideas to the creative process. Companies depend on their employees creativity to help them stay relevant and in high demand in this ever changing market.

I agree that Human creativity is the ultimate economic resource and it seems this is another good book recommendation. Creativity is so important in the workplace so it fosters positivity and productivity. It also inspires others who may not be as creative. It’s a great trait to have.

I agree with the passage that states “ Human creativity is the ultimate economic resource”. A talented workforce with new and creating ideas is the ultimate resource. Employees who are creatively thinking outside the box drives new inventions in the science and engineering. Ultimately challenging everyone to be better.

Creativity is extremely valuable because it is the outlet for societies and individuals to grow and flourish. Creativity benefits individuals deeply because it enriches jobs and leads with greater possibilities. It is so wonderful to work within creativity because it leads people to work within topics that they sincerely love.
