What a reminder of how our environment shapes our minds, and how we are what we eat, in this case the stimulation and environment we expose ourself to will reflect our attitudes, behaviors, beliefs, and values. If we are conscious of our environment we can control our brain. If an environment is bad for us it will have an overall negative effect in the way we are. Be conscious of what we feed our brains through the environments we subject it to for ultimate success.

I really enjoyed this podcast episode. It was interesting on hearing the concept of Mind Food. I try to surround myself with positive people around me. I work at a company that are goal is to have a brand of being kind and positive. I think it is important to stay positive in my work and personal life it can help my overall mindset. Great podcast! It got me thinking on the environment around me.

This episode was very informative. We do not think about how the people around us and the things that we do affect who we are. We need to surround ourselves with positive people with the same values and goals as us. Surrounding ourselves with negativity will only bring us down. I will focus more on feeding my mind healthy thoughts and attitudes so thta I can be a better me!

People truly don’t realize how Important it is to not feed your mind bad things. We understand that feeding your body fast food everyday will hurt you and make you feel bad. So why do we not connect this with what we do to feed our mind. Feeding your mind would be to listen to more positive things to read what’s important to us and also to even do things that will help relaxes you so your mind can get rest and well so it can preform it’s best.

This episode put a lot in perspective our mind is what it is fed such as our body is what it is fed. The environment and the size of our thinking is our mind food. I feel like this will be useful when I have kids. I will provide an environment that is more positive than the environment that I have been living in, and in order to do that, I must enforce a more positive environment for myself. I would also like to travel and feed my mind with other cultures.
