The correlation of love with understanding, care, and forgiveness is important to remember in the workplace. love shows up everywhere in life. This podcast about love I can see is also related to what it is to be of service. Love goes hand-in-hand with servant leadership.

Communication is key through showing love. Love is a broad term that normally meets a few key points, such as care. I really enjoy this podcast, validating someone’s feeling and understanding truly is a necessity in relationships. Forgiveness is something truly difficult to work on. Trying to find the difference between forgiving and not standing up for yourself can be difficult. Incredible podcast!!

This “love cast” is something everyone needs to hear. Reality is, some of our employees don’t know what Love is and has never had anyone care about them. Playing this in a staff meeting would be a great way to start the conversation. Trust and communication is key for any relationship, and we will all have business relationships with people who don’t even know what love and trust are. Great Job, Dr. Ricardo!

I will take the time to learn to trust the people who want my trust back, and I let them know that I want honesty and support from that person to build the trust. I will take into consideration others’ feeling and I will try to validate how they feel before I voice my opinion or advice. I feel now that I do not truly love some people in my life because I’m not too forgiving and now I know I need to work on that.

Love is a feeling and characteristic that we all have. Trust and respect are a great showing of love. First responders do love their jobs despite the hatred they encounter. Going home knowing you helped someone allows you to continue.

I enjoyed your podcast on love. I do believe if a person goes though life without love would hard and miserable. I liked how you touched on the topic of forgiveness because forgiveness is hard for people to do or give to other.

I think this is a great podcast. As humans, we revolve around love. I am thankful to have a team who focuses so much on loving each other for support. We may push each others buttons, but in the end, we truly look out for each other.

I agree with this and connect with this episode so well. Love has so many aspects and persepctives. You must get to someone else's level and see things from thier side of the table. relationships in any for take this to work. thank you for your POV.

I love your podcast on love! I agree that it would be hard to get through an entire life without love. Love makes our lives richer! I am grateful everyday for the things and people in my life that I love.
