During this podcast I learned that excellence is a constant choice I need to make and that it’s not just a by-product. It’s important to be conscious of each situation and how I can make sure to achieve excellence. I also agree that America has become more consumed about the bottom line and money instead of the passion, creativity l, and quality of a product/service. It seems like we have lost that major point in being able to succeed.

Miceli - MAN4442. America’s passion has a less obsession with quality but more with numbers. I found this interesting as it was the way Japanese could embarrass us. I find it extremely important to show excellence in every aspect of life. That’s how I strive be as a friend, a daughter, a student, a future leader, etc. It is so important to always bring your best in the best way you know how. This episode was very inspiring
