These last few habits are extremely important and easy to not do. Just like listening how everyone is so glued their self phone or computer. This shows that you are not truly listening even if you can hear then. People know you are not giving your true undivided attention and this discourages people from help you out because they feel like they aren’t important to you. Also the last habit is extremely important because if you are not in your best mental health or physical you can not give your

Part 2 of the habits was even better than part 1. Habit 5 really stood out to me. Listening to others is so important. Yes, it is important to understand someone else's point of view before you can truly explain your point. So many times we push our ideas on people and we don't take the time to listen. It is possible that someone else's ideas may be just as good as our own.

Sharpening the saw is one of the hardest habits for me. I "forget" to take time for myself taking care of my 3 kids and husband. Thank you for reviewing these. I am still working towards living these habits.

Part 2 of of the 7 habits is just a good as the first. These habits have been proven over the past 20+ years. These two podcasts should be taught and required for all first year students for them to learn very important life skills.

I like the point " not a diet for a short time, but a diet for life" I honestly think this takes so much self reflection. in order not to blame others for our failures, we must look at what we are not doing. a big game changer for me whas when a teacher told me "no one is responsible for your grades, but you." no one can make me study or pay attention or do my classwork. Only i control this.
